CHALLENGE
noun
1. A stimulating task or problem
2. An objection or query as to the truth of something

This definition made me think of two things:

1. When something "challenging" happens in your life, how do you relate to it? As stimulating or "messed up"?

The thing is, even the most "messed up" situations are stimulating if we allow ourselves to be with the entire experience. There is a calling, a lesson, an inspiration in the darkest of hours. Are you willing to take a look at yours?

2. What are the painful stories you hold about yourself as true?

One of my most painful stories is "I cannot get my needs met without burdening others." In the spirit of "challenge" I am taking on proving that WRONG - logically I know it is, and now I am out to prove that to my heart.
