Think Bigger & Step Smaller
We often sabotage ourselves by biting off more than we can chew, getting overwhelmed or even lost, and then making that mean that the thing we bit off isn't for us.
I have certainly done that a number of times: in relationships, in my career, in my business, with my family.
What I've learned is this: it's not about making the goal smaller, it's about working backwards into the steps until they are teeny tiny: hour by hour, day by day, and week by week. Steps that are fully digestible and manageable.
